Welcome to Brighterflow (“Brighterflow”, “we”, “our”, “us”). These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of app.brighterflow.io (“the Platform”), including any integrations, workflows, templates, AI-enhanced features, and related services.
By creating an account, using OAuth to connect external services, or accessing any part of the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.
1. About Brighterflow
Brighterflow is an AI-native workflow automation platform that helps businesses configure and run smart, adaptive workflows. Workflows may integrate with external systems, learn from contextual memory, and automatically optimize business operations based on user configuration.
Brighterflow builds on modern automation technologies with a large library of integrations, context-aware AI behaviour and scalable infrastructure, as described in our product documentation and workflow automation background .
2. Eligibility
You must:
Be at least 18 years old.
Have the legal authority to bind your organization (if applicable).
Use the Platform in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, including GDPR.
3. Account Registration & OAuth Login
You may create an account using:
Email & password
OAuth login via services such as Google, Microsoft, Facebook, GitHub, or other supported identity providers.
By using OAuth:
You authorize Brighterflow to receive the minimum required information from the provider (e.g., name, email).
Brighterflow never receives your password or sensitive login credentials from the OAuth provider.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for activities performed under it.
4. Connecting Third-Party Services
The Platform allows you to connect external services (e.g., Google Workspace, Microsoft Office 365, CRM systems, cloud apps) via OAuth or API keys.
By connecting these services:
You grant Brighterflow permission to read and/or write data required to execute workflows on your behalf.
Access is limited to the scopes you approve.
You can revoke access at any time from the external provider.
Brighterflow is not responsible for failures, outages, or changes in third-party services.
5. Use of AI & Workflow Memory
Brighterflow may use machine learning or context-aware AI features to execute or optimize workflows. These features may reference historical workflow data to improve responses, performance or personalization, consistent with the described AI-driven automation approach and the long-term memory concepts .
You agree that:
AI outputs depend on your data, configuration, and connected services.
AI-generated content may contain inaccuracies and must be reviewed before external use.
You remain solely responsible for all decisions made based on AI outputs.
Brighterflow does not use your data to train public AI models.
6. Your Responsibilities
You agree to:
Use the Platform lawfully and ethically.
Not misuse or overload the Platform.
Not attempt to bypass security measures.
Not use Brighterflow to create workflows that send spam, breach privacy, or violate third-party terms.
Ensure that the data you process through workflows is compliant with privacy laws applicable to your region (including GDPR if you operate in the EU).
7. Data Protection & Privacy
Brighterflow complies with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
Our privacy commitments include:
Processing personal data only as needed to deliver the service.
Storing workflow history and context data securely.
Providing data export and deletion on request.

8. Subscriptions & Billing
Brighterflow offers free and paid plans as described in the pricing documentation .
Paid Plans
Fees are billed monthly or annually, depending on your selection.
You authorize recurring billing until you cancel.
All prices exclude applicable taxes.
Cancellation
You may cancel at any time; access remains until the end of the billing period.
No refunds are provided for partial billing periods unless required by law.
9. Intellectual Property
Brighterflow owns all intellectual property related to:
The Platform
Workflow templates
AI components
Documentation and branding
You retain ownership of:
Your data
Your workflow configurations
Any content you generate or upload
You grant Brighterflow a limited license to process your data solely to provide the service.
10. Prohibited Use
You may not use the Platform to:
Violate any applicable laws.
Automate harmful, abusive, or deceptive behaviour.
Send unsolicited mass messages (“spam”).
Breach third-party terms of service.
Reverse-engineer or disrupt the Platform.
Build a competing automation service using Brighterflow’s technology.
11. Service Availability & Updates
Brighterflow aims for high availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted service.
We may:
Update features
Add or remove integrations
Perform maintenance
Modify the Platform for security or technical reasons
When possible, we will provide notice of impactful changes.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
Brighterflow is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Brighterflow is not responsible for third-party service failures or data loss arising from them.
The Platform is provided “as is,” without warranties of performance or accuracy of AI outputs.
Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the Platform is to stop using it.
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify Brighterflow against claims arising from:
Your misuse of the Platform
Your violation of these Terms
Your automation of processes that breach third-party terms or legal requirements
14. Termination
Brighterflow may suspend or terminate your account if:
You violate these Terms
You misuse the Platform or connected services
Required for security or compliance reasons
Upon termination, access to your workflows and connected integrations may immediately cease.
15. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time.
We will notify you through email or via the Platform.
Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
16. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of The Netherlands, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Disputes shall be resolved in Dutch courts unless otherwise required by mandatory EU law.
